RSA US Federal Channel Sales Manager
Job Profile Summary
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manages existing Channel Partners supporting the US Federal Government market.
- Works with Partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities within the US Federal government.
- Provides Partner feedback to RSA leadership to match market needs with RSA’s products.
- Develops, motivates, and coordinates RSA's Federal Sales team and Channel Sales team to optimize sales execution.
- Interfaces with Partners to ensure that service level agreements are met.
- Customarily and regularly engaged at Partner/Client facilities (when allowable).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the full range of US Federal government accounts.
- Gains access and manages relationships with RSA Distribution and National Account Channel managers.
- Some exposure to senior RSA leadership, specifically US Federal government leaders.
- Interfaces directly with Partners to ensure understanding of RSA solutions.
- Full understanding of how RSA's business model relates to selling RSA products and services.
- Point of contact for Partners on US Federal government opportunities and may escalate customer issues/concerns as appropriate.
- Able to negotiate with others cross-functionally and across two-tier partner eco-system to achieve desired results.
- Resolves less complex issues that have been escalated by US Federal and Channel team members.
- Articulates how RSA’s business model relates to Partners selling RSA products and services

What you’ll achieve
As a US FederalChannel Sales Account Executive, you will manage existing Channel Partners, working to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities, all in the service of optimizing sales execution to the US Federal government market ensuring service level agreements are met.
You will:
• Support a range of channel accounts and partners
• Develop and manage day-to-day relationships with our channel partners and distributors focused on the US Federal government market, ensuring high satisfaction with our solutions
• Fully understand how our business model relates to selling our products and services, being the main point of contact
• Resolve or escalate any partner/customer concerns as appropriate
• Negotiate to achieve desired results and meet customer needs
Essential Requirements
• 5 to 10 years of similar experience working with the Channel or in a relationship-selling role in the US Federal government market
• Good oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, and leadership, and to support other team members
- Ability to travel throughout the US
Desirable Requirements - Bachelor’s degree
- Channel Sales experience
