APJ North Marketing Manager, NetWitness

The APJ North Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the overall strategy, planning, execution guidance and performance measurement for account-based marketing within the APJ North geo (Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau),  aligning to both regional and global priorities for the NetWitness Business Unit.  The APJ North Marketing Manager will build plans and drive programs to generate account engagement, accelerate existing leads and nurture leads for net new prospects, customer expansion and cross-sell opportunities within identified target accounts, in their region.

The APJ North Marketing Manager must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills across multiple roles and cultures, with a true desire to make an impact on a broad scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning across geo - Develop strategy and target KPI’s for ABM at a geo level in line with global ABM strategy across the Identity business unit
  • Drive geo reporting - Deliver ongoing performance reporting across the geo, in line with stated metrics, KPIs and business requirements
  • Main POC for geo marketing - Serve as central point of contact for geo Sales and Channel managers for the Identity business unit
  • Budget management – Manage, prioritize, allocate and maintain full marketing budget for geo
  • Plan and execute ABM marketing within their region
  • Liaison to Global Communications leader to drive PR activity in region


Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • 10+ years Marketing experience in technology-related field
  • Native Japanese speaker
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – particularly team collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Understanding of different regional business dynamics across APJ North
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage innovative and creative approaches to drive results
  • Adaptability, ability to take initiative, lead by example and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep marketing expertise with a strong understanding and appreciation for ABM approaches across multiple marketing disciplines, demonstrated ability to plan and deliver targeted campaigns
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail
