The Identity NAM is primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.  As a growth centric organization, there are additional expectations that you will be able to hunt and penetrate new accounts to drive market share.  You will work with channel partners in addition to direct relationships to help broaden and deepen engagement in the market.  As a National account manager, you should be organized and able to analyze performance metrics and address areas for improvement.  Consistent and accurate forecasting and sales force hygiene are a must.   A proven ability to partner with technical resources and help translate between technical function and business value is critical to success.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Ensure adequate pipeline objectives are met
  • Track and review relevant metrics and adjust efforts accordingly
  • Ensure adequate client activity, POCs and engagement
  • Network within accounts to build relationships and understand their needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships to foster long term partnership and success
  • Liaise between product, client and marketing to ensure continually feedback on market demand
  • Strive for customer satisfaction and referenceable relationships
  • Maintain strong industry and competitive acumen
  • Negotiate and close deals

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills; Ability to successfully conduct live demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
  • Solid track record driving revenue with existing customers as well as proven new logo acquisition skills
  • Proven ability in closing large, complex deals within the IT/Security sector - >$250k and achieving multi-million dollar revenue targets
  • Advanced knowledge of technical products, vendors and families of technologies
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Desirable Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role
