The Analyst, Talent Acquisition will provide exceptional customer service whilst delivering admin support globally, related to but not limited to recruiting, onboarding & data administration. As part of this role, you will be expected to take part in HR/TA projects and act as point of contact for onboarding related issues towards business stakeholders, new hires & team members.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Focuses on coordination and operational management of talent acquisition and onboarding activities.
  • Responsible for initiating the onboarding process, background check and drug screen for new hires globally.
  • Facilitates document collection, monitoring of background and drug screen results and resolving various onboarding issues.
  • Remains in touch with new hire, HR and hiring manager to provide updates and follow-ups where required.
  • Supports more senior level team members and the wide TA/HR Team.
  • Follows set policies and practices to achieve consistency and compliance.
  • Leads candidates and hiring managers through the end-to-end onboarding processes, from offer accepted through to the new hire’s first day.

Education & Experience:

  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent English skills.
  • Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel.
  • Communication skills & strong customer orientation.
  • Attention to the detail, ability to work independently & organize daily priorities.
