Archer - Consultant, Services Project/Program Management

The Consultant is responsible for the delivery of ''billable'' Pre-packaged & customized Services for Archer engagements. Responsible for managing the life cycle of medium to high complex, risk projects from internal kick off phase through customer turnover. Responsible for the development and execution of a project plan that articulates the role of Archer in the delivery of the Scoped/designed solution. Ensures implementation of activities is coordinated with Archer talent and Partner Resources. Acts as primary interface to the customer, vendor and all Archer personnel associated with the engagement. Works under the general direction of a Program Delivery Lead/PS Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the portfolio of projects across the region
  • Responsible for managing the overall portfolio of projects
  • Track revenue and manage revenue recognition activities
  • Drive improvement of delivery best practices
  • Manage a selected number of key projects
  • Oversee delivery of projects to ensure overall success and financial performance
  • Acts as the single point of contact for project management enquiries in the region
  • Interact with various internal teams to manage general project administration and revenue recognition activities.
  • Provide communication regarding the status of projects to management and sales teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project processes – methodology, templates, best practices etc. based on lessons learned from projects
  • Ensure that projects adhere to the defined methodology and stage gate process.
  • Engage with Sales and Account teams to identify/drive account growth opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with third party contractors and business partners as required.
  • Manage escalations and communicates to all Archer concerned parties any existing or potential customer escalation issues.
  • Project manage a select number of key projects end-to-end

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 8+ years of technical project management experience
  • Experience from program management
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly recommended
  • Travel may be required up to 25%
