This position is an integral part of our Global Services team that will organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the Services pre-sales engagement for prospective to ensure the technical services win. These services include Professional Services, Incident Response, Support, Education, VAS, and Customer Success. Provide sales support and lead proposal scoping and levels of effort with Practice Managers and Technical Consultants to produce a quality proposal. Partners with the field Account Managers and Client Solutions Director (and/or Managing Client Solutions Director) to maintain coordinated account selling and delivery efforts. Partners with the assigned Engagement Manager to drive follow-on opportunities within active accounts. Provides sales support in developing solutions and coordinates the development of practice responses to an RFP. Engages Practice Management to deliver outstanding work products.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate should be a highly capable presenter, with a proven track record of selling professional services to large enterprise companies and public sector organizations. The person will be competent at hunting out new services opportunities with a large team of Account Managers and be able to sell through a direct sales team and channel partners.

  • Proactively coordinates sales with delivery practice to achieve revenue targets.

  • Involved in account planning and provides input for growth markets. Ensure formal contractual mechanisms (i.e. Statement of work) are established and maintained within active accounts. Ensure that solution reviews are completed with the practice

  • Participates in Deal review process and supports the sales team in preparing for the review. Define, develop and implement actions according to account plans on selected focused accounts with account teams. Develop new business opportunities on focused accounts.

  • Coordinates sales initiatives in accounts

  • May represent the company as principal customer contact and often performs leadership role. Interacts with management and senior customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines

  • Selling strategic business-driven solutions that resonate with customer executives at their level.

Required Experience:

  • Proven business development skills in a technical cybersecurity environment.

  • Experience engaging management and Executive level.

  • Ability to convey highly technical information to business Executives in a way they are accustomed to engaging.

  • Demonstrated strong business knowledge, understanding, and acumen.  Ability to define risk and financial impacts utilizing analytical-based models to support business decisions. 

  • Demonstrated strong technical knowledge, understanding, and acumen. 

  • Ability to communicate and lead technical and cybersecurity conversations with customers

  • Ability to provide weekly forecasts and drive-up Service attach rates.

  • Highly developed communications and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and negotiation skills

Desired Experience:

  • Knowledge of Networking and Security infrastructure devices and SIEM platforms

  • Previous quota carrying role with demonstrable quota achievement.
