We are seeking a talented and experienced Archer Solution Developer to join our team. As an Archer Solution Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions using the Archer GRC platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with a passion for risk management and compliance to make a significant impact in our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and architect Archer solutions that align with organizational goals and comply with industry regulations.
  • Configure the Archer platform by defining data fields, workflows, notifications, and reports.
  • Develop custom modules, scripts, and integrations to extend the functionality of the Archer platform.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the Archer solutions meet defined requirements.
  • Assist in the deployment and rollout of Archer solutions, providing end-user training and ongoing support.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in risk management, compliance, and information security.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. MBA a plus.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles & solid Archer Development exp
  • Proven experience as an Archer Solution Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of GRC concepts and experience with the Archer GRC platform.
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance / Risk Management Domain Knowledge
  • Experience in GRC solution implementation
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing the Archer platform, including creating applications, workflows, and reports.
  • Ability to develop custom modules, scripts, and integrations using Archer's development tools.
    • Programming skills (any language)
    • Exposure to Java Script
    • Exposure to DB
  • Experience and involved in SDLC phases
  • Experience in enterprise scale product
  • Programming skills (any language)
  • Experienced in Agile development methodologies with experience working for Archer Product
  • Track record of exceptional performance and consistent professional growth in previous roles
