Archer Professional Services Senior Consultant

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provide technical and consultative guidance for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements
  • Deliver technical architectural design, strategies, and solutions for engagements

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in important pre/post-sales meeting or presentations
  • Work on complex projects and manage multiple work streams
  • Leverage your in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and various technical solutions to assist the customer to gain market share and increase operational efficiencies
  • Participate in installation, customization, and integration of Archer solutions
  • Work on complex projects and manages multiple work streams
  • Define and author deliverables
  • Deliver projects with approved methodology while adhering to margin, planning and SOW requirements
  • Supervise staff and plan/assign work on project engagements
  • Lead project quality assurance activities, including technical QA reviews
  • Understand and adhere to proper escalation and change control procedures
  • Validate requirements, limited prototyping and functionality design and create proposals that address current and evolving client requirements
  • Provide testing process, code reviews, certification of software, and issue resolution as point of contact for technical questions
  • Understand customer business challenges and provides strategy that addresses long term goals
  • Independently analyze large amounts of data, provide logical options, create and delivery correct documentation, sound work products and deliverables to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Travel may be required for extended periods of time

Skills:

  • 10-15 years of related experience
  • Experience with installation, customization and integration of highly complex architecture and technologies
  • Experience with executing projects with approved methodology while adhering to margin, planning and SOW requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills to be able to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within the Archer, customers, partners, and vendors

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Industry technical certifications (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of business/technology transformation programs such as Digital. IT, Security and Workforce (preferred)
