The Regional Channel Sales Manager (CSM) will be responsible for managing regional Elite and Focus tier partners in a defined region.The CSM will also be responsible for ancillary support of Strategic tier partners in their territory.The CSM will be accountable for driving partner generated business opportunities through their managed partners.The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the Elite and Focus tier partners are capable of generating, educating, evaluating and closing RSA solutions with customers.

The Channel Sales Manager will be a quota carrying field employee, an extension of the field sales team and be expected to participate in all relevant RSA team meetings, forecast reviews and events.

What you’ll achieve
As a Channel Sales Account Executive, you will manage existing channel partners, working to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies and business opportunities.
You will:
• Support a range of channel accounts and partners
• Develop and manage day-to-day relationships with our channel partners and distributors, ensuring high satisfaction with our solutions
• Fully understand how our business model relates to selling our products and services, being the main point of contact
• Resolve or escalate any customer concerns as appropriate
• Negotiate to achieve desired results and meet customer needs

Essential Requirements
• 5-8 years of similar experience working with the Channel or in a relationship-selling role
• Good oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, leadership and to support other team members

Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Field sales experience
