This role is responsible for bringing design concepts to life which adhere to marketing strategies, business goals and brand including a variety of web, print, branding, sales assets, internet marketing and various graphic needs across the business. You will be supporting the global marketing team and business collaborators with the various project requirements. As our primary in-house resource, you will help develop and advocate for the corporate Outseer brand and its expression across channels, regions and partners and branding initiatives due to product launches, acquisitions and more. You will also serve as a primary contact for any external design agencies where needed.

You will:

  • Support our creative process, campaign activity as well as coordinate with our development team and agencies on website projects. Projects will also include sales enablement assets, in-product branding and experience, social media, search marketing, trade show booth design and various marketing collateral, corporate employer branding, campaigns and much more.
  • Collaborate on content in various video formats including live action and animation for various use cases.

Essential Requirements:

  • Support branded sales enablement content that can scale throughout the organization.
  • Own the company’s brand identity and expression and continue to evolve it as the company matures and grows including its branding framework and execution across channels including products and acquisitions.
  • Create compelling graphics and experiences that resonate with our target personas and markets and translate will to an international audience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to develop printed collateral and signage including long-format premium content pieces, brochures, and trade show booth graphics
  • Participate social engagement activities to capture media that can be used to increase our social presence, page likes, and followers
  • Support creation of website assets, social media, SEO, and SEM efforts
  • Educate and develop the media package used to keep our teams on brand in the field
  • Support internal teams and leadership as needed with corporate slide decks and other materials

Desire Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design-related field or comparable experience
  • 8+ years of experience in graphic design supporting a marketing team
  • Strong mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), typography, composition/layout
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Word
  • Adobe Suite, HTML, CSS and CMS (WordPress)
  • A solid understanding of brand systems and visual design and ability to communicate the vision and lead the execution
  • Knowledge of corporate branding, layout, color theory, typography, user interface, usability, visual design.
  • Deep technical understanding of graphic design with multiple media including web, video and more
  • Ability to lead the design execution across web properties and web redesigns
  • Excellent attention to detail for both design and accuracy
  • Ability to problem-solve on the fly critically and creatively
  • Highly collaborative but can also work independently
  • Proactive and judicious in collecting critical feedback
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Display ownership of outcomes and see projects through from concept to execution
