The RSA Fraud and Risk Intelligence business is looking for a results-driven multi-channel marketing leader to support the continued growth of the business across the EMEA region. This role is a key GTM enabler, building and executing strategic demand programs and campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness and sales engagement. The EMEA theater lead will be focused on the continued evolution and implementation of ABM (Account Based Marketing) strategies and will ideally have proven expertise in this approach.

Reporting to the head of WW Growth Marketing, this individual will work closely with EMEA region sales leadership to develop, execute and measure the marketing plan to support our aggressive business goals, through existing customer growth and particularly new business capture.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and execute the EMEA field marketing strategy and plan in conjunction with regional sales and marketing leadership

  • Plan and execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and work closely with marketing and sales leadership to create exceptional regional ABM plans.

  • Effectively analyze, segment and build targeted marketing programs for both new business demand generation and the optimization and expansion/ retention of existing customer base.

  • Collaborating with sales teams and channel partners on the delivery of first-class lead generation with the ability to absolutely measure and interpret results and ROI.

  • Push progressively forward and continually innovate marketing strategies and methodologies to optimize outcomes, finding ideal ways to create new business as well as expand existing.

  • Forecasting, measuring, and analyzing the impact of programs on sales cycles; monitor reports and dashboards to demonstrate progress toward goals

  • Determine the most appropriate regional tactics and strategies to effectively connect organizational messaging to marketing execution

  • Managing event logistics pre, during, and post event across the region – current focus on digital execution only.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, and channel to ensure success.

Required Experience:

  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer funnel - lead & opportunity stages and how marketing campaigns can work in connection to sales outreach efforts as part of an ABM approach

  • Compelling marketing leader with an absolute ability to effectively communicate convey modern marketing strategies

  • Extensive experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally expertise in the Cybersecurity/ Fraud/ FinTech space is a plus.

  • Powerful communication and presentation skills with an absolute ability to connect at all levels.

  • Able to be both strategic and plan clearly mapped marketing strategies, but also happy to “get stuck” in with hands on execution.

  • Excellent understanding of modern marketing techniques including digital-first programs

  • Proven experience scaling demand generation programs (e.g. inbound marketing, outbound marketing, events, lead nurturing, account-based marketing, etc.)

  • Results-driven individual; master demand-gen and lead-gen KPIs.

  • Expertise at usage of Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms, particularly Pardot also highly useful.

  • Excellent at building effective relationships with sales leadership and sales teams and connecting marketing plans to an organizational GTM.

  • Experience with B2B lead generation including campaign creation and execution, event management, multi-channel marketing

  • Hands-on experience planning, managing and optimizing programs across digital and in-person lead generation programs.

  • Absolute team player and able to work individually and provided autonomy to succeed as well as part of functional and organizational teams.
