The Graphic Designer ‘owns’ the creation and implementation of the RSA brand. S/he is a talented designer who can develop and update the overall visual brand identity for RSA, ensuring that RSA expresses its value to security-first organizations. S/he develops beautifully-designed materials, including new collateral, component designs, marketing materials, packaging, and other assets. S/he also manages internal and external resources as needed to maintain a consistent look and feel across RSA’s properties and advises on process improvements to help the organization and its vendors submit, track, and deliver high-quality content.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Develops, updates, and maintains all visuals related to the RSA brand, including the visual identity guidelines and co-branding guidelines
  • Develops imagery, collateral, and other items for use on the web, at events, in branded swag, for social media, blog posts, white papers, solution briefs, and other materials

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Uses broad design and artistic knowledge and experience in content creation to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
  • Advises on product management best practices, including processes and procedures for new assignments
  • Manages internal and external designers and other vendors, tracks budgets, reviews work, and provides feedback to ensure brand consistency

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of graphic design for web, social media, printed collateral, and other media
  • Strategic focus and ability to prioritize and re-prioritize based on organizational needs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong understanding of multi-media products and applications
  • Strong organizational agility with the ability to engage across all levels and with external partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Trusted design partner and adviser—someone who can collaborate on design development and advise on execution
